Digital Sensor X-ray
Digital sensor x-ray is a form of x-ray imaging used as a replacement of traditional photographic X-ray films. The advantage includes immediate preview and availability of image, a wider dynamic range, and a significant reduction of up to 90% less radiation than traditional photographic film. Digital image is used to record x-ray image and make it available as a digital file that can be presented for interpretation and saved as part of patient’s record.
